Roz understands how scary the unknown can be. She knows that she cannot spare people the pain they go through when dealing with divorce or custody matters, but through listening and compassion, she helps families navigate the legal process through mediation. Roz knows the emotional and financial distress the breakup of a family can cause and because of this Roz goes to great lengths to develop creative solutions in lieu of trials. Relying on her specialized training in high conflict cases and in collaborative divorces, Roz brings a unique perspective to each mediation. She actively explores all options and scenarios. She brings over twenty years of experience to the mediation process and will work tirelessly to ensure that every option is evaluated before a family ends up in the courtroom.
Roz has a real passion for helping others. And when not doing so as a lawyer, she cherishes her time with family, enjoys working out, loves coaching youth volleyball and is blessed to volunteer with nonprofits.
