As our COO, Michelle Beckner manages and assesses all day-to-day operations, administrative roles, and facilities of the firm.

Michelle is accountable for all aspects of human resource management, including supervision of all staff members and team environment coordination. She is also responsible for the evaluation and management of the firm’s operating and information systems, provides oversight of all accounting tasks as well as financial planning, engages in special project management, and facilitates overall management of the firm’s physical facilities and related functions.
