Jake Natwick’s general practice includes but is not limited to advising companies and individuals on planning and transactional matters as well as federal and state controversies. His areas of focus include corporate structuring and financing, contracts, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, copyright and trademark, construction law, utility law, and agricultural law. His practice includes the preparation and administration of estates, wills, and trusts.
