Background

Avery N. Van Holland is a member of the firm’s transactional group, practicing in the areas of estate planning, wills & trusts, probate, real estate, business law, and agricultural law.

Mrs. Van Holland earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law with distinction and has a B.A. from Trinity Christian College.

While attending law school, Avery was a student writer for the Journal of Corporation Law. She was also involved in the Clinical Law Program – Civil Litigation and Estate Planning Practice Groups, and the Pro Bono Society.

Avery received awards such as the Dean’s Award of Academic Excellence, and the Boyd Service award.
