Background

Alan Fredregill is a veteran trial attorney and general civil litigator with more than 40 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. 

Alan’s general practice includes representing clients and defending insurance companies in personal injury matters, construction litigation, insurance fraud, bad faith litigation, and arson. He has lectured and written extensively on topics ranging from various aspects of trial practice to torts, civil procedure, and insurance law and practice. Alan has tried over 70 jury trials.
